Soft Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies

No words to introduce you further about this chewy choco chips cookies. It is different from the small - crunchy - full of any ingredients you barely never heard of; it is soft baked! An adult's palm sized, with adult touch of bitter chocolate and salty fleur de sel to balance the sweetness that makes them beautifully cracked (mine isn't cracked much, yes, I always reduce the sugar in any sweet treats recipe). These cookies are only for adult, though I'm not so sure your kids will not grab these cookies. 

Isn't too mainstream to pair cookies with glass of milk? But they are soulmate!

114 gr soft butter
90 gr caster sugar
85 gr palm sugar
1 egg
90 gr plain flour
100 gr bread flour
3 gr maizena
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
150 gr chocolate chips
50 gr 100% chocolate chips
Fleur de Sel

Cream the butter and sugar until pale. Beat in egg, then mix dry ingredients. Stir in 150 gr chocolate chips.
Refrigerate the dough overnight. 
Pre heat the oven to 160 C. 
Using ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough and place on a lined baking sheet about 5 cm apart. Do not flatten them. Add remaining choco chips to each dough.
Bake for 11 minutes.
Leave to cool slightly on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to harden as they cool. 

Never skip the bitter chocolate and the salt, they balance and enrich the sweetness
